Refunds
Last updated August 3, 2026
The short version: read the free preview first, because unlocked books are generally final sale. If something genuinely went wrong, write to us and we will sort it out.
Try before you buy
The opening chapters of every book are free, with no account needed. They exist so you can judge the voice, the heat level and the story before spending anything.
We would rather you read the preview and walk away than buy a book that isn't for you.
Unlocked books are final sale
Because a book opens immediately and in full when you unlock it, purchases are generally not refundable once access has been granted.
Changing your mind about a story, or not enjoying it, is not on its own grounds for a refund — that is what the free preview is for.
When we do refund
We handle genuine problems case by case, and we lean toward the reader. Examples: you were charged twice, you were charged for a book you cannot access, chapters are broken or missing, or you bought a title you already own.
You can ask from your account within 14 days of buying, as long as you have read less than a third of the book. Past either of those, write to us and we will still look at it — it simply stops being automatic.
Every book page states, before you pay, how the book ends, whether the romance resolves, whether it can be read on its own, how long it is in words, and the point of view it is told in. If one of those turns out to be wrong, tell us from the book page. We will fix the page, and your refund request is judged under the same terms as any other.
How to ask
Write to info@grandihub.com or use the contact form with the book title and the email you bought with. Ask as soon after the purchase as you can.
We reply within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page removes rights you have under consumer law where you live. Where local law gives you a stronger right to cancel or refund a digital purchase, that law applies.
